Sincerely Yours imposes no restrictions on the items you want to send. The items can come from your past romantic relationship. It can be from a broken friendship. It can also be something you recevied from a close family member. It's really up to you. You choose what you want to donate! ​ You can physically deliver your item or simply send a picture if you just want to share your story. In case you have doubts and hesitations about what you want to send, you can always shoot the team an email.

Definitely not! We recognize that heartbreaks can be caused by different things. We would love to hear your stories about your old friendships, relatives, etc.

The story is the why behind your item. What makes it so significant? It is your personal confession. It could be a showing of gratitude and appreciation of the relationship. It could be an angry or funny spill. It's really up to you what you want to say. In terms of style or length, we hold no restrictions as we want you to fully express yourself. However, we do encourage keeping it short and concise to keep the readers engaged. Please do refrain from mentioning full details (names, numbers, other personal information) in your stories to remain anonymous. Please refrain from offensive and discriminatory phrasing as well.

You have the option to have your name published or anonymized. Your personal information asked in the form will be kept secured.

Yes. By stating your full name and surname and signing the donation form you are giving your consent to the showcasing and possible publication of your item and its accompanying story.

We in Sincerely Yours appreciate all items and stories that get submitted. Hence, it is also our desire to share your story. Please do note that a few days may pass before your stories get published online. Sincerely Yours has the right not to publish stories that are deemed to be offensive and/or discriminatory on personal, sexual, racial, religious, national or ethnic grounds.
